Plenty of head room without the high roof

The Volkswagen Sharan is one of the available wheelchair vehicles most like a standard car, after conversion. Many wheelchair vehicles have the trademark high-rear roof, giving the wheelchair passenger plenty of head room in the back. The Sharan typically features a lowered floor – so the wheelchair passenger still has plenty of head room they are just seated a little lower.

Driver friendly

Most of our VW Sharans have been converted thoughtfully and robustly by a company called Brotherwood who have made the conversion easy to use and be used by the wheelchair passenger giving them a spacious feel and plenty of room in the back and often extras like lighting and power sockets.
