Booking appointments
When you use a contact form to book an appointment such as a ‘home demo’, ‘test drive’ or vehicle viewing we may enter your details into a customer management system so that we can schedule your appointment and set up reminders. For home demonstrations we also share your name, address and contact number with our drivers

Vehicle Hire
When you send a request to book a vehicle we will enter your details into our vehicle hire system (Supplied by ProHire), this reserves the vehicle for you. When you confirm the booking of the vehicle and pay the deposit we will need to take details of your driving licence, National Insurance Number and address proof for insurance purposes.

We offer the chance to sign up for various WavsGB newsletters. This is an automatically generated email showing the latest vehicles listed on our website, the email is sent out each day when there are new vehicles. There is also an infrequent newsletter which is manually sent out with important news, offers or information we think our customers may wish to know.
As a customer you can choose to sign up to these lists together or individually. To subscribe to the newsletter we only ask for an email address, and the email must be confirmed on the sign up form and in a verification email before you are subscribed. Every email sent out will have an Unsubscribe email link or you can contact us to manually remove you from the database.
You data is never sold or shared with any other companies and can be unsubscribed or removed at any time by your request or action. We do not buy data from other companies.

We use Google to place adverts across the internet to advertise our services in places where they are most likely to be seen by potential customers.
