Once you’ve chosen one of our high quality WAVs – we’ll arrange to deliver it directly too you on a conveneient date
Our used wheelchair accessible vehicles are delivered by our home demonstration team and they will give you a complete tour of your new WAV and show you how everything works. They’ll make sure you are happy with how the wheelchair is secured before they leave.
Some notes about delivery
Our delivery really is free but we may have to pass on any charges that we incur.
* For mainland deliveries we may have to pass on the charge for toll roads and for non-mainland deliveries we will have to pass on any charges for ferries
In order to give it a good run and put some power into the battery we drive the vast majority of our sold used WAVs to their new owners. Deliveries on a trailer can hide a multitude of sins – so our drivers prefer to deliver the vehicle to you tried and tested.
In many cases our driver may be driving back your part-exchange but in some cases they may need to get the train. In some cases we may ask if you able to give our driver a lift to the nearest bus or train station. If you can’t do it – don’t worry.
New vehicles often come directly form the conversion company and the delivery will be made differently. We’ll talk you through the process and any additional costs when you place an order.
