Why didn't you want my WAV?

While we try to buy as many WAVs as we can – we can’t buy every vehicle we are offered.

We are unable to buy vehicles which are over 10 years old or close to 100,000 miles. We also generally buy vehicles which are in fairly good condition. If your vehicle meets these requirements then the most likely reason is that we already have a number of the same vehicle for sale or in prep or there is low demand for your particular model.

We always state in our response emails why we have rejected your vehicle.
