Is the offer price guaranteed?

Our offers are always made in good faith and based on the information you have provided. We don’t guarantee the offer price until we have physically seen the vehicle. One of the reasons we ask for photos is so that we can get a good idea of the condition of the vehicle. As long as you have been honest with the condition then we will not need to amend the offer.

It is very rare that an offer is withdrawn or amended.
