All Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles listed on our website are shown assuming the buyer qualifies for zero rated VAT. This applies to eligible private disabled individuals and qualifying charities. If you do not meet HMRC eligibility criteria, VAT will be added to the advertised price.

WAVS GB is a VAT registered supplier of Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. We are able to supply vehicles at zero VAT where the vehicle has been permanently adapted and is intended for use by a disabled person who is a wheelchair user, in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
